Epping Carpets
I had an appointment at 11am this morning for a measure and quote and they didn't show up. I then rang to find out why and after taking details was told they would find out what happened and would call me back straight away. I still haven't received that call back and it is after 1pm and they are now closed. I have waited around all morning they are time wasters. Subsequently I have taken my business elswhere

Absolute worst service. I asked the price for the carpet I like and I was told by the owner what's the point to give to the price? Do you know how many square metres do you need?" I thought it make sense and I was going to measure and come back. So I told him "alright

The owner of this place is an arrogant man and he pretty much hates every coloured man walks into his store. I am sure that those 5 star reviews are his friends or relatives. To those who are living in Epping, don't go there.

We are very happy with the team at Epping Carpets, this is the second time we have used their services. They were able to accommodate our request in a short time frame and the process was made very easy. The installer did a fantastic job, he was prompt, efficient and left the area clean.
