HIZERO Sydney

What an amazing experience. Our machine was about 2 years old and developed a problem, so we took a drive to see if they can fix it. Lady had a look at the machine, checked a few things and without batting a eye said. We will replace it with a new machine! So to me their product matches their service, excellent!!

I first visited Hizero Bankstown 2 weeks ago … Grace assisted me with my enquires regarding my mop … I purchased the needed brushes rollers etc and was extremely happy with all Graces advise and recommendations… I attempted to replace said parts & I was completely stumped as to how these things worked so Grace FaceTimed me and helped me replace parts , she was so knowledgeable and her instructions were very easy to follow , I’m a technological failure so her help was invaluable! I still was unable to get the mop functioning properly & Grave suggested I bring it in to store as it may be blocked ? When I returned to store I was quickly attended to and there was a few parts that were needed as mine is the older model mop and parts etc have changed .. to my absolute surprise my mop was fixed in minutes & I was not charged for parts or time …. I had an issue with my HiZero after my first floor clean was FANTASTIC!!! Where has this machine been all my adult life?? The 2nd use the machine only moved forward for a few seconds, then stopped with an error that the roller was jammed. I raised a service request via the website and forgot about it as life got in the way. HiZero persevered in their contacting me to try to get the issue resolved. We eventually had a facetime call, and Grace saw that the roller was a little larger than it should be. (Don't leave your roller to soak!!! Just massage it under running water.) When they said for me to bring the machine in, I just couldn't due to medical issues in our family, so Grace came to my home to test it. I had a cry - it's hard being a carer and working full time and worse with covid now! She replaced the roller with a new one and the machine now works like a dream. I have a disability that makes it difficult to mop and dangerous as it becomes too wet, but the HiZero washes the floor and it's like the polymer roller chamois the floor so dries within seconds... and no smears on my glossy tiles! Love it now! Thanks Grace, you are my hero!

Once experiencing the joy of Hizero, there’s no returning to having to vacuum and mop. it’s so simple to use and cleans both our tiled and timber floors beautifully! Hizero is an exceptional appliance and equally is the customer service. Ours was just over the 2yr warranty when I encountered a small problem due to my own error, Erica and Grace provided customer service like no other. I was given a brand new model with another 2yr warranty. Thank you so much ladies!!’ So thrilled and will continue to recommend this must have appliance.

I purchased the HIZERO a few months ago and I must say, I am beyond impressed with my experience. From start to finish, the salesperson, Kathy, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to explain all the intricacies of the HIZERO, as well as the required care and maintenance, ensuring that I was fully informed before making my purchase.Kathy's attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions left me feeling confident in my decision to purchase. Her expertise and knowledge of the product were invaluable, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.The HIZERO itself is truly remarkable. I am blown away by its ability to clean my floors with ease. It has made my life so much easier.Overall, I would highly recommend the HIZERO to anyone with floorboards as it's incredibly effective cleaning solution. And I would be remiss if I didn't give a special shoutout to Kathy, who truly went above and beyond in ensuring that I had a seamless and positive experience. I’ve had my hizero for approx 3 years now and I would certainly purchase again. I use it daily and my only regret is not buying it earlier. In this time for had 2 issues and the staff have been so helpful . Both times the issue was resolved promptly. Could not recommend enough.

My hubby purchased me a hizero for our new home, we have white glossy tiles downstairs and floor boards upstairs. I’ve never been so impressed in myLife, no smudge marks are left on my white tiles, and my floors boards clean so easy and the machine does not scratch the floor which was something I was worrried about but it’s proved me wrong! I use the hizero no joke 3 times a day as I have children under 3 it’s so awesome coz I can clean while the kids are Around me as it dries almost instantly. Customer service is amazing today I took my machine in store for a button i thought would just have to be replaced instead they replaced my wholeUnit without any questions asked. Extreme value for money. This is a must have item in your house!

Loving my Hizero! It arrived so quickly and is such a breeze to use. Saves me soo much time not having to vacuum and mop separately! Floors are squeaky clean afterwards too. Super easy to clean and maintain - perfect for a busy household.Kathy’s customer service was fantastic, she was very fast at replying and provided me with all the information I needed. Highly recommend this product!

I purchased a Hizero a little over a year ago and recently started having a few issues with the machine (Admittedly my own fault as the issues were caused by user error) However this didn’t deter the amazing staff at Hizero Sydney to assist me with the problem. They actually went above and beyond to have the appliance fixed and far exceeded my expectations as to what this process would have entailed. I’m ecstatic to have my Hizero back in perfect working order - This was by far one of the best investments I’ve ever made! Thank you Hizero Sydney!

My HiZero was not charging. Kathy helped me on the phone to troubleshoot and after removing the battery and installing back, it didn’t work. I was going to order a new battery online but Kathy advised that sometimes may not be the battery but the cable. She advised me to drop in at the Bankstown office and the technician will check it for me. I was so glad that I listened to her. Erika helped me at the office today and omg these ladies are so wonderful! It was a faulty cable and Erika had it replaced foc! Thank you! Amazing staff and service! Very happy customer :D
