1/2 star for business practice1/2 star for communicationI have tried on numerous occasions to resolve accounts issues with this dance studio without success so it's obvious they don't care about retaining their students. Invoices incorrect and over what they should be, took a full term to have my first term payment taken, the second term they took payments weekly when should have been for the term and also charged me transaction fees on these (which were promised to be refunded and still haven't been), emails and phone calls were simply not answered. Just really poor customer relations... in the end I just gave up and I'm writing this review because I'm annoyed no one took the time to simply sort this out.
