These clowns used to do our offices downtown in Burnie. They don't anymore because they wanted way too much for what they did and hit us for travel costs as well. We found another local mob to do it cheaper and better. Beware with Evans.

Wonderful staff, super friendly and helpful. I had my carpets cleaned throughout my whole house and windows done. The staff were very patient with my curious kiddies. Would highly recommend. Really affordablly prices for the level of professionalism you get.

Requested full rental exit clean - cleaning products left on benches and in/on cupboards, in and around poorly cleaned oven and throughout bathrooms. Carpets were not cleaned correctly - hair and dust not removed. Windows not cleaned correctly - tracks not cleared, streaks, cleaning products and spots not removed. Very poor communicators. Refused to complete a correction clean.

Edit: At no point was I told that I had to pay for time spent 'packing/unpacking' their vans. 3 hours time for two ladies travelling in the same van covering a trip that takes max 15 minutes each way is bordering on scam and you've been outed. Also thanks for posting my name against my google account. Super professional. And I didn't tell them on the phone that the windows were covered in streaks because I hadn't noticed yet. Sketchy victim blaming.I'll start with the good. They responded on short notice. Suzy (the boss) was reasonably friendly and professional on the phone. That's about it. One lady that came worked hard but complained the whole time while the second chatted and took her time. They brutally over charged on travel time. Charged me for an hour and a half travel to go there and back from Cooee to Stowport near the dogs home (45 minutes each way!) PER EMPLOYEE when they both travel in the same car and both showed up to the job with coffees in their hands and turned around 10 minutes after they left to get things they'd left behind. The window cleaner charged for almost half the travel time to do the same distance which is more realistic (20 minutes each way), but told me he was going straight to the next job from mine so probably shouldn't have charged me to travel back and left streaks on all the windows. When I brought up to Suzy that I thought they had possibly over charged me on the time, she was stand-offish but offered me a $10 discount but when you consider I'm paying travel expenses ($60.50 p/h) for 2 employees that travel together in one car and travel expenses there and back for a guy that told me he wasn't going back that he was going straight on to the next job and just the general principle of the matter I don't think it was good enough. I hate having to be negative but the whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
