I went in there not to long ago. The store was layed out badly. Everything was messy and they treated me like I was a dog, like I was going to do something bad. Disgusted with the way you's treated me. Definitely NEVER going back.

Went in with my four year old. Was asked far too many times if I needed help. Felt like I was being followed around by an older woman the whole time. My son opened an overpriced sunscreen and of course we had to buy it which I understand, even though I couldn't really couldn't afford it . The whole experience made me uncomfortable.

I came off a long term medication that has serious side effects. Went here for advise on something ANYTHING that would help, even Panadol. They told me to go away and see my Doctor.The Last appointment I had with my GP took two weeks wait time. So I have to feel like this for two weeks.I went to the reject shop instead, at least they gave me some Panadol.

Went into have a look at some makeup and fake nails, turned around to find the older Asian lady hovering over me as if I was going to shop lift. Told her I was looking to see if they had any other colours and I was keen to get a few pairs.Made to feel like a criminal simply because I took too long looking at certain products. Will never shop here again.

Jerry and Anthony are both fantastic pharmacists with a great manner and understanding of the medicines they dispense and the staff here are mostly very nice. Wide range of products and services including blood pressure, blood sugar and flu shots.Edit: Just got told Anthony no longer works there, makes this place 50% worse off, one of the best pharmacists in Bendigo.Does anyone know if he is working elsewhere?

The staff seem friendly and willing to help, but every single time you visit they seem to almost follow you around the store and are constantly watching what you’re doing.. It makes you feel a bit like a thief and it’s really uncomfortable at times haha.
