Australia Post - Townsville Business Centre

Horrible experience and customer service. Went in to enquire about postage stickers and was embarrassed by staff member. The first lady at the counter was perfectly welcoming and receptive. However another lady entered the room and started by looking me up and down, scoffing at me and asking what business am I. I told her i ran my own small business and she continued to look at me in disbelief and question me about what service i use and what postage branch i use regularly. I understand now that clearly i wasn't eligible for the postage stickers, however her attitude was completely demoralising and i feel embarrassed for making a simple enquiry. What a shame.

Lady just flat out lied to me just to get rid of me I think.I was polite and called her a legend...I now think she's more of a bell-end.Australia post has been circling the drain for a while now and it's dismissive, dishonest sub par staff like her that drag this business down more.I pity the nice" lady that is stuck working next to this liar.Will never spend another cent at Australia Post."

Urgent package due for delivery Friday 30/06 , still not delivered today 3/07, when I enquired by phone couldn't even understand the illiterate postal person,, if you can't speak clear English, don't take a job that requires it

They don't even pretend to deliver parcels any more. Take them straight to the post office and make you pick them up from there. No more delivery to your home. This happens repeatedly. I'm home all day, within sight of the door and they don't even bother. Worst customer service ever

Failed to contact me when my package arrived despite having my details, having signed up for parcel deliveries, and having received numerous parcels from here before. As a result of me not coming because they never told me there was a package for me the sender of the package emailed me to tell me they had recieved the package returned to them. So this post office, never contacted me to pick up my package and then returned it to the sender having not bothered to contact me.

Picking up a parcel that was pasted via the Australian Post app. Great app if you haven’t downloaded already go to the App Store download Australian Post app. Staff was very friendly and very helpful to find my package
