So far so good.No problems as yet not that I expect any.

Really helpful and informative staff.

Had a door knocker come to my house. Because I was busy and couldn't talk to him he kicked my gate down when he left and ran up the street. Was told it would be fixed but No one bothering to answer calls. I will be telling everyone not to use smart energy as this is disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting company, rude offensive bad manners. I got a call today saying hi did you know the government is giving you free money to help with solar because of the increasing energy prices, I said I didn't know, and by the way how did you get my no I asked, she said we spoke with you previously and you didn't want to proceed and I said sorry I still don't and before I could explain why she hung up on me. Stay away from this company be warned just look at their reviews they don't care at all their reviews are a 1 star not even a 2 star that tells you a lot.

Young guy was pushy and asking an array of questions that were sensitive in nature. My wife found him really pushy and arrogant. Upon being told very directly we would not require his service he said “Hope you enjoy your $600 power bills” as he walked away…… Lucky he did not kick my fence as he would not have made the end of the street……. I pity the fool!

Great product and service. On time for install . Communication with provider was good and follow up calls much appreciated.
