My backlog of numerous returns, both personal and as executor of an estate, were dealt with efficiently (getting around some unusual and tricky issues). Ie she is both technically knowledgeable and resourceful.Also Sarah was a great communicator, and a pleasure to deal with.Thoroughly recommended

This was my first time ever dealing with a tax agent. Sarah was so friendly, thorough, informative and very patient with me as I was full of questions. She was so easy to work with it was all done over voice call and email. Would highly recommend! And ill be back again next year!

I found Accelerate Accounting by searching for Tax Agents in Northcote. Instead of going with H&R Block, I wanted to try a professional that was local. I could not be happier with the service I received from Sarah! As a professional in the Marketing/Comms industry, my availability to sit down and review information for tax purposes is sporadic, and things would pop into my head at random times, that I wanted to enquire about claiming. This is where Sarah excels over her franchised competitors. Sarah and I corresponded via email, over 6 or 7 days. I had allowed my responses to the ATO to lapse for 4 or 5 years for whatever reason. It was bothering me, I had normally always done my own returns being of an Accounting teaching background. As I approached retirement, with diverse investments, stuff got more complicated, and I wanted someone else to do it all for me.
