I was a tenant of a property managed by Inner Brisbane - Spring Hill for 3 years. The whole onboarding and offboarding process were smooth and well-communicated. They are quick at responding to repair and maintenance work request. Caitlyn has done a wonderful job at managing the property and liaising with us throughout the tenancy. Special thanks to David Grimley for assisting us with the vacating process. David was prompt with the exit inspection and bond refund application. Highly recommend this professional team.

I have had only highly positive experiences with Nichola and Danielle at Inner Brisbane, both as a tenant in Spring Hill, and later after deciding to buy the apartment I was renting. Danielle in particular has been extremely helpful and supportive in navigating the slighly out of the ordinary process of buying the apartment as a tenant, and moving the process along smoothly. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience with this lot. We were fantastic tenants and kept the property in great condition, and never had any real issues during the tenancy, always paid on time, and all the rest. But, when you move out is when they get you...Typical real estate snakes who stiff you for bond money when you have paid the people THEY SUGGEST to do a bond clean to do so, and yet this is somehow still not enough? 'Lost' records on their end, and apparently issues with staff members that somehow became our problem? Incredible stuff.Absolutely horrid people to deal with who seem to have no sense of integrity and will use every dirty trick in the book to keep as much as your bond money as humanly possible. Highly unprofessional conduct on the phone, in email and with RTA/QCAT. Previous reviews here show a pattern of keeping people's bond money by scamming them with this very ruse.Absolutely shameful stuff.In a land and time of such horrific, unscrupulous real estate companies and practices, these people stand out as ones to particularly avoid. My recommendation is that you stay far, far away from this mob.

We had a funtastic experience with InnerBirsbane during our stay as a tenant. We lived at the property for more than 5 years, all the staff at InnerBrisbane was really helpful and accommodating.Will highly recommend them for your property management.

I've read a few less than flattering reviews about Inner Brisbane Realty but I can only speak from my own experience and in the two and a half years I was living in Spring Hill in one of the properties they manage, I don't have any negative feedback to report. Particularly during the period after I decided to leave my unit, there was a huge number of inspections while I was still living there and trying to pack up, and I found the whole process very stressful. David and Caitlin were always professional and punctual and made things as easy as they could under the circumstances and I appreciated that.

I am just starting my rental journey with Inner Brisbane Realty but so far I am having the best experience I’ve had to date. Andrea was kind, professional and knowledgeable when I inspected the property, let me know exactly what they were looking for in a tenant and got me approved within a few days. I am feeling much more at ease with this rental process than I have with anyone else, I’m looking forward to my experience with Andrea and the team!

Inner Brisbane Realty were my property managers for 3 years. They provided excellent service and were easy to deal with. Maintenance was attended to promptly and adequate notice was given before inspections. It is nice to deal with a local business that understands the area.
