Was told they would price match as long as it was the same bag, ingredients and food, so I jumped online and found the cheaper price from an Australian site as they said but no they still refused to price match, big gimmick if you ask me! Manager was very rude as it was 3 mins to closing on Friday and she just wanted to go! Poor customer service if you ask me!!

Not bad. The staff are friendly. But not many harnesses for small dogs and things are a tad expensive. But overall a good pet store.

Went to purchase a fish tank after we were lied to by pet stock. A young girl named Abbey at petbarn was more then helpful. Not only did she match a price that they didn’t have to, was very well educated on Tanks, Fish and accessories. So very helpful and very professional. Nothing was to much trouble for the team at Petbarn.Definitely recommend for any pet needs.10+ stars.Thankyou Petbarn and Abbey
