Hi Ayesha, its not common practice for our staff to be described as you have done. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you on this occasion. Please note that you did ask my staff to pour bleach in the sink drain due to the staining.On completion of the cleaning work the customer was in doubt to pay my staff however eventually paid for the time spent.My staff have a commitment to obtain payment at the end of their work, in business customers are very important because business can only operate with good customer support. Thank you.
