Unfortunately, my recent visit to Pizza Hut fell short of expectations. The delivery was extremely delayed, and the pizza was lukewarm on arrival. The toppings were sparse and did not seem fresh, and the crust was dry and lacking in flavor. The overall experience was lackluster, and customer service failed to make up for the disappointing meal.

Ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered. Got my pizzas but one of them was not what I ordered! Called Pizza Hut and they couldn't connect me to the store and said they don't answer the phone and was told the store will call me back asap. They never did! I rarely get pizza from Pizza Hut and every time I do I get disappointed! So another bad experience after giving them another go after a long time. Will stick to my promise and will not ever go to Pizza Hut again! Btw, pizzas were quite average in terms of the quality and the taste(most of 1 pizza went to the bin as it was not what I ordered!)

Worst Pizza Hut in Brisbane. The franchise should shut this store down, it’s an embarrassment. It’s stores like these that make people think domino’s is better.First time, received wrong pizzas and bland.Second time, both pizzas were very bland. It’s almost like they’re using cheaper ingredients then standard pizza huts.Owner - pull your head in. You might be saving money in the short term, no pizza business has ever been viable serving rubbish pizzas.

I recently visited Pizza hut at darra restaurant and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional, and the pizzas we ordered were of low quality. To make things worse, they charged us extra for the low-quality pizzas. I was disappointed with the overall experience and would not recommend this restaurant. I hope they can improve their service and food quality in the future.

The first time we’ve ordered from the store and it was a joke.I found my food, no less than 4 m from my front door down the steps on the grass.The driver was too lazy or in too much of a hurry. Not good enough.Now the food seem to have hardly any toppings. The presentation was very poor quality. I must’ve been really busy or just don’t care in the shop therefore I will never ever buy from the store or Pizza Hut again now they are worse than Domino’s pizzas next time I’ll make my own.

Asked if there was a special, response was none. Literally just placed an order for 2 pizzas for $31 and right after I paid, saw that they had a special for $34 for 3 pizzas + 3 sides. Immediately asked if I can do the special instead, the manager said my order is already in the oven and cannot be changed - less than a minute after I literally just paid.How is that possible?Bad experience at this location. Do not deal with this branch.

I ordered a standard pizza on a thin base ended up getting a thick base that is nothing like ordered. Your staff is obviously incompetent with no standards for customer service and lacks any sense of pride in the product they are selling.

Edit- I received two free pizzas from customer service, but when arrived in store I was also given a garlic bread and coke as well. It was so lovely, and I was so impressed with the service. Thankyou!Ordered pizza last night, received the wrong pizza and no one would pick up the phone all night last night, and not today. Sent a value pizza in place of a premium pizza. Not to mention how madly made they were. Not cut properly, with one piece of pizza being half crust with almost not topping (including sauce!!)

Best Pizza Hut I've ever gone to, food is always great for a decent price, even had the owner give me a fresh pizza himself one time when they forgot the cheese sauce on a bbq
