Best chemist in Wallan, friendly, kind, helpful, calm & without fragile egos when you’re upset about something, the pharmacist took care in explaining why my medication was more expensive than usual without telling me I’m accusing them of stealing like the other pharmacist did at direct chemist outlet who didn’t even have the generic brand on hand btw, & was more important for her to be right rather than kind.

This is my go-to pharmacy. The staff are friendly and super-helpful. If I'm ever stuck for a gift, I know that this pharmacy is likely to have something. Very clean and organised.

June 2022 udated review:-Past few times I have been in, excellent service including today(30-6-22). Staff are super helpful and often exceed expectations in customer service. Keep up thr great work.Much cheaper than Simon Yu or the Amcal ever was, and with much better service than either since they have changed hands. Bea (not sure of the spelling) was super helpful with her product knowledge and able to answer all of my questions when comparing 2 products. They do need to expand their product range as far as only having one company's products e.g. Omron so that the consumer has better and more available choices.
