Went in with absolutely no knowledge of what part I needed for my car but Dominic went out of his way to find the part and even fit it to my car, just to be safe - absolute legend, you don't get customer service like this anymore! Will be back and will recommend any time my mates need anything car related

An exceptional service experience with Dominic today who actively engaged me and exceeded expectations to help me with the parts I needed. In fact, I overheard Dominic with another customer as I was browsing, making every effort to be a consummate professional. This guy is solid gold! Certainly knows his stuff and very appreciative for his assistance fitting my steering wheel cover. 5 Stars, I will be recommending Preston Autobarn and Dominic!

Just went their to get a new bulb for the tail light for a motorcycle. They were very helpful with good advice and letting me change it there. Good service for only a few dollars trade. Recommend it!!!

Very terrible service there. Not friendly at all. I just wanna do the pick up for my order. One of their team member, an old guy wanna check my id and bank card. It's unfair to me. Since I never have those kind of issue in any other stores. AVOID this store.

I went in for new wiper blades. A guy there immediately assisted me. He already knew which ones suited my car. He went out and fitted them without any difficulty. I know it isn't a very difficult repair. But he still made it very easy. I'm impressed.

I went in there to have my headlight globes replaced. What I thought would be an easy fix turned out to be more complicated. I was served by Trent who showed attention to detail and patience in trying to resolve the issue. Great customer service. I appreciated that he didn't send me to a mechanic and was able to resolve the issue.
