What a cool bunch of people.There's clearly such a fun, friendly dynamic among the team at Reece Morley.They were able to sort out my issue quickly - and went to some lengths to do so on their own backs. Not your usual kind of customer service!Special kudos to Anna and Aaron. And to Cotton Eyed Joe for the laughs.

As I couldn't put 3.5 stars I selected 3 stars. Went there yesterday morning at 7:10am (07/07/22), to get a replacement shower/bath diverter assembly. After it was identified, Callerad said his supplier didn't open until 9am and so would call me later. As I hadn't heard anything by 11am, I chose a different path, that a work colleague suggested and was successful. Callerad did call me back at about 2:50pm, but I had literally just completed the repair myself. Apologies if I spelt employee's name incorrectly, but am very grateful for his assistance and following up. Just for the record, you were only about $40 more than I what I paid. Thank you.

On Monday 9/11 my husband went to the store to buy a spare part.He had very poor customer service as the young man who served him insisted he buy a whole new set as the spare part he was looking for was 'apparently' no longer produced.He insisted he wanted exactly the same part and the assistant finally got up and checked the computer and found it for him.He had even brought the part in for the assistant to look at so it was completely unnecessary to keep insisting he buy a whole new set.
