Gary from Joshua Tiles is fantastic to deal with. He is professional, articulate and knowledgeable about a large variety of products. We sourced tiles, appliances and other materials from Joshua tiles for 2 bathroom renovations. Gary ensured that materials are delivered on time and also are cost effective. With the delivered materials, we have a great outcome from our bather renovation. Will be visiting Joshua tiles again for our upcoming kitchen renovations.

Easy to deal with friendly staff. We are very happy with our new carpet. The two guys who put it in where very friendly could tell they had many years of experience installing honestly could not get over how fast it was done then offered to help move all the heavy furniture back in the rooms with us.

I recently visited the shop for my home renovation project and I am extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The staff Andrew was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to select the perfect tiles for my space. The showroom was beautifully displayed with a great variety of styles, colours, and textures to choose from. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the products and the attention to detail that was evident in every piece. I am so happy with my purchase. Andrew has been super helpful and knowledgeable to deal with. He gave us samples of everything, which really helped us coordinate the colours and trusted us to return them, which we did. So they're there for you when you visit. Such an easy experience dealing with the Dandenong store, they held our products till we needed them and delivered on the exact day we wanted.
