Staff were knowledgeable, super friendly and definitely not pushy though. Their knowledge of the teas were outstanding and showed such enthusiasm. Great range of tea cups and pots. Good quality tea.

A little pricey but you can't find much of their unique and often quirky tea sets and teapots elsewhere. Staff knowledge of their multitude of teas and herbal blends is second to none

The staff are so friendly. The variety is immense - a tea for everyone. What a fantastic place. Having been only a coffee drinker, I now love to enjoy a tea - but only ever from this place. What beautiful teas. My favourite is the Milky Oolong and Black Vanilla Tea. Delicious! My partner loves the Amaretto.

Friendly service, cheap teapot, although we found it to be chipped when we got home. Range of teapots is also fairly limited, perhaps 10 styles to choose from.
