I came in 45 minutes before close. Discussed options for 13 minutes. Decided on a plan and with 32 minutes left until close was told they couldn’t complete it because they close in 32 minutes. May as well close at 5 then. Bit of a joke. Go elsewhere.

Mediocre service from a mediocre store. I waited for more than ten minutes without so much as a glance from the staff. Waiting for service is fine, but please acknowledge the customer's presence at the very least.The staff member serving me wasn't able to provide any information or assistance that wasn't already available on the website.The store was exceptionally cluttered and poorly lit.I went straight across to Vodafone and had a much better experience from their friendly, warm and knowledgeable staff.

The five stars goes to Dan's customer service. All day lve been struggling with app (which won't accept my passwords or let me sign in and couldn't get through to the helpline, wasn't registering the numbers l was pressing. I was feeling very frustrated. Dan assisted me with the app and when he realised it wasn't working, he did what he could to help me access the Telstra service l needed. Thank you Dan! I Can fly out the country tomorrow with a piece of mind!

This review is to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I have received from Ben and one other female staff member in your store on 9/6/23.I must admit that I am genuinely appalled by the overall experience. The way my concerns were handled such as out right refusing to provide me a refund (which is illegal) or submitting my complaint and telling me I can do it myself, have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied as a customer.As a loyal customer of your company, I had higher expectations regarding the quality of service provided. Regrettably, the interactions I have had with your representatives have not only failed to address my concerns adequately but have also left me feeling disheartened and disrespected. Not to mention I was treated disgustingly whilst holding my 6 month old baby in my arms.I believe it is crucial for any business to strive for excellence in customer service, as it is a fundamental aspect of building and maintaining strong relationships with your clientele. Unfortunately, my recent encounters have fallen far short of these expectations and I would no longer recommend Telstra.

Zero customer service etiquette. Stood there for 45 mins waiting to be ‘greeted’. The staff would look at me and look away. There wasn’t even an acknowledgment or even a nudge to say ‘Hello, we’ll be with you in a while’ or anything. They wouldn’t even look at you or smile.

Their preorder service wouldn’t work so I had to go into the store to order a new iPhone. Told to come in today to pick the phone up and when I arrived was told that stock wasn’t coming in till next week? I am currently paying for a phone that I don’t have and it seems that Telstra don’t even have one of them in reserve for me. Somehow the only stock that came in was for the base iPhone which seems to be a lie since Apple don’t ship individual phone models separately. Really poor service

Like others, I would give it a 0, if I could. We were trying to set up a new phone. First, we were told we needed to upgrade to a higher plan. Then we were told we didn't need to upgrade. Next we were told that only the account owner could make changes, however the Telstra website contradicted that claim. I asked to speak to the manager who was hiding in the back. When Thomas came out, he was obviously annoyed that he had to come out on the floor and refused to discuss my issues. He said Let me tell you how this is going to go. And if you don't like it
