I have had 3 different dentists from Coolongata Dental Group Ballina and I must say they have all made me feel very comfortable with having procedures done. I get quiet a bit of anxiety at the dentist and it makes such a big difference knowing I'm in good hands with people who genuinely care. I saw Saif at my last visit and can not reccomend him enough. Very thorough with his consultation, very insitful about any future requirements and very caring and understanding about my anxieties.

This dentist is the most helpful, informative and friendly dentist I’ve ever been to and I’ve to so many.I wasn’t sure how to get to the office at first but when I rang and asked them, they were happy to provide information as well as pictures about where to go so from even before I left work, I felt at ease rocking up to my appointment.They always asked me if I was doing okay, assured me of any doubts I had, informed me about what they were going to do and answered any questions I had as well as having a little laugh as well. It also didn’t feel like I was paying for things I don’t need as some dentists will tell you anything to get you to pay extra. I didn’t feel ripped off!The team made me feel comfortable about my first dental visit in 2 years and my first visit to this office in Ballina.I’m glad I picked the right dentist and I will continue anything dental with them.I highly recommend!Thanks team :D

After a nightmare experience from another dentist I have found comfort with Coolangatta dental group. They have fit me in when in pain, corrected 3 damaged and improperly treated teeth and have been kind the whole way through. From beginning to end it has been caring and smooth and I am so grateful. Have Dr. Saif for a thorough teeth clean & checkup every 3 months & my teeth are in excellent condition. He is one of the best dentists I have used, possibly the best. Also very good help from his assistants with snorkel work!! Thank you david f brown

My dentist Saif diagnosed my issue , totally in house, i didn't have to go anywhere else to get scans they had the machine onsite.The reception i received from Kim at the front desk was warm , inviting & professional.Which put me at ease, even before i had to sit in the seat.All up i had a great experience, they are totally proffesional & caring teamThankyou for making the whole experience relaxing.I will return

I love coming to the Coolangatta dental group in Ballina!!! Even though most people are a bit nervous about the thought of going to the dentist, including myself, knowing that I’m going to see the wonderful team here makes it far less daunting.As soon as I walk in I feel at ease and cared for. From Kim’s warm smile and welcome at reception, to Bernard’s expertise, professionalism, sparkling eyes and gentle nature, and his happy nurses taking care of me.It feels like such lovely atmosphere to be a part of whenever I come in.I have been seeing Bernard as my dentist for about 15years, and I’ll be hard pressed to ever have to change. He is a wonderful dentist who is so helpful and caring. He is very highly revered and regarded by all the other patients who I know see him as well. He is a master of his art!!!

Please considerea coming to ser Dr Bernard because there are not many dentists left like him. He is always making sure the job was done properly even if it meant going back to finish the job off in a more satisfactory way.Dr Bernard took his time and gave great advice to look after your teeth in the future.
