What a wonderful little Hill in such a big Plateau to the west you have the Spencer gulf to the ace is iron knob and Kimba. The Eyre Highway will take you through Ceduna onto the Nullarbor etc

Toilets are LOCKED?? Path ways need quite a bit of TLC.Scenic views great as always, shame about the facilities.

Enjoyable stop. Nice and peaceful place for a short hike. The trail is well marked and has small plaques dotted along it with interesting tidbits about the local climate and flora.

We frequent this place about once a month, it's a great little hike up and around. They have public toilets not far from the car park. If you live in Whyalla and have not been out to wild dog hill, you are missing out.

It's a beautiful spot for a day trip, you can take photo's, climb the Hill or just relax in the parking area, there are seats and tables for a picnic as well as a public restrooms. For cars and caravans, the best way to get here is VIA Iron Knob Rd, turn off at the Whyalla Speedway and just follow the Speedway Rd.
