I have a good experience during my study. All tutor's are very helping natura and highly educated.

Couldn’t have asked for better trainers, they have incredible experience and are excellent with their teaching practices. Management is also very organised and all staff members not just the trainers keep a good rapport with the students.

Wow. Such fake reviews here. Here's a real one: flex training has been a dampener on my life. Not because I've gotten training there, but because anyone I know who gets involved with flex has to whinge and complain about it to me for hours. My friend used to work there and recounted all the horrible things that happened to her there, the mismanagement. Such a sad place. Then, another friend has received training there. From the confusing of booking to the attitudes of the staff, lack of organisation and how they lie and retaliate. Just stay clear of these guys.

I have had the best experience doing my course at my flex training. Trainer's are highly knowledgeable and experienced in what they are teaching.

They make you fail. Everything that you write they will consider as plagiarism. Some words you cannot change but they will still consider it as plagiarism. They just want to take your money. I’d recommend other companies to do your training at.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!I should have read the previous reviews before booking with them.I never need to chase up for certificates for any of my other nursing training with other institutions. They came through either the same day or the next day. It has been 3days since my training and after emailing the team, still haven't received my certificate that I need it ASAP! I just received an email saying 'I'll follow this up for you now.' And...... nothing!This is very disappointing from a supposedly one of the well known company.It was very poorly managed from the start. All 5 of the students within the class had received different information email. (eg. Different starting time, whether to complete a training booklet or not and they even lost a student's submitted work sheet. HOW???????)Very confusing and stressful experience.I expected better communication and management from a $140 course. Flex is very expensive considering what they deliver.There are so many other institutions with better management and trainings out there.Hope you all get better experience with other institutions!

MyFlex honestly has THE best trainers and staff ever. Their trainers are so accommodating and very knowledgeable in their classes. They are also very experienced in the work field. I have learned a lot from them that would definitely help me in the workplace.
