Had to park up in drive through. 3 out of 4 cars were getting parked. Food was correct when arrived but breakfast burgers were a bit cold.

Customer service is very poor you pull up to drive thru window and don’t even get greeted. Management especially the girl Monique are always rude and abrupt it’s like they don’t want to work there. Wait by times are ridiculous always being asked to park.! Easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Muffins always hard bacon undercooked.

First thing we noticed as walking to door was a whole milkshake (?) spilt right in front of entrance that had run down pavers to bitumen. Mostly dried. After negotiating spill and when entering we noticed there was a long handle behind serving counter. Yes, it was a bucket with mop. Ordered our meal and then sat near coffee station. Dirty! Tables not wiped (not just ours), floor unswept with crumbs and chunks. Noticed young lady now mopping behind counter.It was not busy, approx 5.30pm. Plenty of time in the 1/2hr we were there to tidy up.Dirty, unhygienic, unsafe and bad WPH&S practices.We won't bother again. It's not a nice area to sit and eat in.

Service is good but the servings seem to be getting smaller and the past year McDonald's have become way over priced for food cooking by programmable machines. And Less staff actually on the for all doing any food. I've got a good idea for you? Get rid of all your stuff and convert all your buildings into a vending machine.

Every single and yes I m3an EVERY SINGLE table was dirty. Old food, sauce, rubbish left everywhere. Had to go and ask for a table to be wiped down so we could sit down and eat. Absolutely filthy. The health officer would shut it down for sure.

Drive through completely blocked off and phones switched off at 11:30 at night, is it not meant to be 24hours? This is the third time I've gone there and the drive thru has been blocked off by the bins.

I think Bailey at the front counter was great he took my order quickly and although it was missing items the first time him and the team were quick to fix it, he was even doing surveys in between. I was quiet happy with my experience today (10/05/2023 @ 6pm)

Absolute appalling service - don’t expect great service when coming to a McDonald’s but this was just awful. Waiting 30 minutes on fresh chips to be served the cold stale ones that had been sitting there for the whole time we were waiting - spending $25.00 you expect to get hot food. Absolute joke. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I witnessed a delivery driver tonight who did not receive any help from any staff, especially the manager who was standing out the front with brunette/black hair. She was busy walking around talking to other staff members. Really upsetting to see a manager just walk straight past a customer.
