接电话的人态度很好，但搬家的人态度不行，不过对要搬的东西还算小心。定金没有主动退回，还是我想起来去问的，不然可能就没了。但最重要的是，这是我对比过最划算的一家。光是这一点就赢了。

BAD EXPERIENCE! I booked these guys two weeks before our move day. On the day we were due to move, the office called me to move the move time forward by 3 hours. This didn't suit us as our settlement was in the afternoon, which was why I had booked for 1.30pm. I was told this was ok. At 1.40pm, the truck was late so I contacted the office to get an update on eta and was told that they would call me back shortly. 30 minutes after I had booked the truck, I called the office (as they never called me back) and was told that there was a problem with the truck and were not turning up AT ALL. No solution was provided except that they might be able to turn up at 4pm. It would appear that the truck was overbooked for the day and they just couldn't come at the time we booked them. I will never use these people or recommend them - you don't want to be worrying whether the truck is even going to turn up. They might be cheap but it's not worth the stress on the day.

They sent 2 old Chinese men who were very slow that I started helping them. Worst removalist avoid these guys!
