I dropped the bike off on Friday for a service as it had been in storage, was told they would call Monday no call came and when I tried to call Hadley Cycles Belmont it rang out. I drove over and they charged me $75, the bike had not even been wiped over but the tyres had been pumped up, the back tyre as it turned out had a puncture. $75 for air in the tyres a rip off.

Paris was an absolute legend. He took the time to set me straight on the safety and quality of a bike I was putting together for my nieces. He was very giving with his time and attention to detail. A 1 service.

What a fine example of good old customer service! Had a flat rear tyre on my ebike, while riding away from home. Called Hadley cycles and after taking the bike into the shop, was fixed promptly by his superstar mechanic. Thanks to all concerned. Well recommended.

Took my bike in for a service costing $49.Was told I would be contacted by phone when it was ready, with the comment don't ring us we will ring you. No message left on my message bank. This didn't happen so I called in a few days after the due date to collect it.At the time I booked it in I advised them that the front tyre had a slow leak and I asked to replace the tube. On top of the cost of the tube I was charged an additional $16.50 to fit the tube.How long does it take to fit a tube ?? Will do it myself next time.Look elsewhere for repairs.
