Daintree Tea Company

Fantastic tasting tea straight from the Daintree. I first tried Daintree tea at Bruce Belcher’s crocodile tour and loved it! We drove past the Daintree tea crops and bought four packets of teabags to take home. Their honey is also delicious. I’ve just ordered more tea from their online store.

I stopped off at the Daintree Tea Company two days ago on the way to Cairns and learn't how the Tea is organically grown and processed. I took photos of information, products and equipment on display in the enclosure on the side of the road. The tea farm is a father & son business that was established in the mid 70's. Harvesting takes place every two weeks. There is an honesty box where you can pay for the Tea that is packed in different sizes - tea bags or tea leaves. I purchased some tea myself and it is stunning and l feel great that it was bought directly from the farmers. Next time you plan a trip to Northern Queensland include this interesting experience on your agenda. Highly recommended!

I brought this tea when I visited Cairns and fell in love with it. A beautiful brew. I’ve ordered on line and even received a personal written thank you. I have just placed another order for tea bags to sell in my food van. Can not recommend this enough.

Not only is their tea excellent, they deliver it right to your door! Promptly. I've been a regular customer for sometime now, and even have my Family members hooked. The BEST tea, Queensland grown and owned.

I think I've found my new favourite tea company. We stopped in on our way up to Cape Tribulation and I purchased a couple of boxes...I only wish I had bought more. It's wonderful to think I'm supporting Queensland farmers in buying these products.

Nice tea but a blink and you miss it moment so keep your eye out as you drive past for a small roofed area with tea fields on either side of the road if you’re after some tea!

A lovely fresh tasting tea full of flavour. We buy direct online as Woolworths no longer stock it. Easy to order, fast delivery. I love how this tea is pesticide free and grown, harvested and packed in Far North Queensland, Australia.
