Was applying for a house loan and didn’t realise I had an overdue bill that had gone into default. After paying the amount and getting into contact with them Jacqui was very helpful in getting it to be removed for me. I was unaware of an overdue amount owed to Metered Energy. Despite having tried to contact me using numerous methods, I failed to receive their message. I was made aware when applying for a mortgage that I had a default recorded on my credit file. Upon contacting Metered Energy to discuss the matter, they were good enough to remove the default when payment was made in full, understanding the implications a negative report can have. I’m very grateful to them for doing so and cannot speak highly enough of the customer support staff that assisted me with this issue. Thank you.

After discovering an unpaid invoice that I had overlooked from a few years ago, I saw it had became a default on my credit report. I contacted metered Energy and explained that the default was my fault and I had overlooked invoice. Metered Energy were friendly and extremely helpful in directing me to pay the invoice and have the default removed from my credit report, showing great customer service and compassion.

Do not trust this company. Our first bill for 50 days for the heating of hot water, came to almost $200. I requested to be emailed a consumption report, which came to less than what I was invoiced. When I raised this with them, they kept coming back to me to say they have checked the readings are they are correct. Never addressing the reason why the consumption report didn't total the same as what I was invoiced. Multiple emails later, they came back to say data was missing" from their report. Tell me how this is the case

Avoid this company at all cost! Ridiculously expensive and they won't miss an opportunity to increase their outrages prices further. Unfortunately I was forced to use them as part of a townhouse complex.No matter what they say, they are one of the most expensive. Avoid!

0 stars! Do not use this company! Saying I owe money and keep sending me a pdf that shows $0 owing? Constant texts saying to call even though I’ve spoken to them 100 times! Sending dodgy excel spread sheets as ‘evidence of a debt’ that look like a child has created! Constantly providing incorrect information! Finally just gave up fighting these clowns and decide to pay it off very slowly.. and just when you think it’s over I get a text telling me I’m in credit!! Are you people for real!! Overcharging. Separating bills. Disgusting company. STAY AWAYReply; I did not choose to have multiple accounts! You sent me the wrong BPAY details! You made me call you again! You can’t prove I owe anything besides sending dodgy HOME MADE excel spreadsheets.BE AWARE OF DISPARAGING COMPANIESReply number 2:After giving up fighting with these people; and paying whatever balance they said I owed I have just received an email asking me to contact them for a refund!!! What a surprise!! Do not use these people!!
