I’ve been doing the Studio Sprints for a few years now. They are a great way to stay fit, good fun, the equipment is excellent, and the studio is always exceptionally clean. Highly recommended.

I have trained with Graham now for 4 years.Love my PT sessions and the Sprint classes with a maximum of 6 people are great.I love starting my Sat feeling refreshed and invigorated after this fun class.It's the best PT studio on the lower North shore. Clean , friendly and very professional.

Fantastic Studio. Graham is a welcoming and professional trainer who will push you hard whilst making your sessions enjoyable.The studio is immaculate- state of the art machinery and incredibly clean.Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get into shape and stay that way
