A Personal Trainer that cares. Diarmuid got me to my goals with a plan that was easy to stick too! Great guy who checks in with you for accountability. Can't recommend him enough. Extremely deep knowledge of training and nutrition whilst being able to deliver the information in a digestible way

Diarmuid is a true professional at what he does. He is very educated in this area and will go above and beyond to help his clients achieve their goals and understand what they need to do and not to do to get there. He creates very realistic achievable plans that you can adapt into your everyday life and not just a short term thing. Highly recommend Diarmuid if you are looking for a motivating and fun PT who really knows what he is talking about.

I came to Diarmuid last November after an almost full year of no gym and weight gain feeling very uncomfortable in my clothes and someone who was quiet confident in the gym I could not bring myself to go. From the start I always was so impressed of the detail and commitment he gave to me from nutrition, exercise and communication and always on the other side of the phone no matter how small the question was. I have been training for years and this is the first time I have learned about correct form and how to actually get the results I want from training and I have gained my confidence and strength back in the gym again. Diarmuid himself is so positive and motivating it’s refreshing and makes you want to keep going and not give up! Could not recommend highly enough!

I’ve been going to Diarmuid since early December and I have learned so much from him over the past few months. I’ve lost 5kgs with him and have improved so much on my strength and fitness.He is extremely attentive and ensuring that my form is always correct, Diarmuid is always so encouraging also.I cannot thank him enough for all the help he has given me and could not recommend his business enough!

I have been training with Diarmuid for about 5 months now and I can safely say he has helped me so much! I was 75kg starting with Diarmuid and currently sitting at 67kg..I go to Diarmuid 1-2 times a week and cannot believe the results I have seen! I used to feel weak from fad diets and couldn't understand why I wasn't losing weight.. I now live a very balanced life and cannot believe the results :) In my opinion, he is the best PT around. You can tell that Diarmuid has a true passion for what he does and he will work individually with a person to help them achieve their goals! I have never felt limited and I still enjoy my nights out.. he's helped me reach a balanced lifestyle and to be happy in my own skin! He's does all this with a big smile on his face and I look forward to the lols in every PT! Well done and keep up the fab work! Thank you!

I have been coached by Diarmuid for over 7 months now and I can honestly say that my fitness and nutrition has changed dramatically. I used to be terrified of going to the gym and I now have the confidence to go by myself. My diet was terrible before coaching with Diarmuid but by using his nutritional advice I now have a balanced diet and can enjoy every aspects in life. Diarmuid is an honest coach who actually cares about his clients and wants the best for them! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Diarmuid is a very professional coach and helps you achieve your fitness goals. He is very supportive and takes the time to get to know each of his clients individually. For someone who was very intimidated of a gym and lifting weights, I now love working out. I still enjoy my weekends out and also see progress. Diarmuid also has great communication and a good sense of humor so every session is filled with a laugh which empowers you to work harder.
