Blue Wheelers Bushland Beach

First time I used these guys it was a lovely couple that were kind and courteous and the experience was great. Considering this is a franchise I’m assuming they have sold it to these new people. Either that or they have new employees.First time I used them it was $50 per dog to be washed. That’s the price they charge and that’s fair, they can charge what they want. When I made my appointment the week prior I was not made away of any price changes and assumed it would be the same or similar to. However, come the day of my appointment I was met with a message only 30 minutes prior to my appointment saying “the price for today will be $180” for my 2 dogs. This is almost double what I paid the first time. By this stage I had already left work early and was at home. I was desperate for my dogs to be washed as I was sending them to my friends house to be looked after while I took holidays, so I agreed to the price. The last correspondence I had was agreeing to the price and telling them I would see them soon as it was 1230pm and my appointment was for 1pm. 1pm comes and they don’t show up. 5, 10, 15 minutes go by and nothing. 30 mins later I call to cancel and I don’t get a response. After 40 minutes they arrive without an apology or reason for being late.I’m not usually one to complain but this experience was extremely poor. In a business where it’s as easy to pick up a phone and call someone else in the area I assumed they would take me pride in their work and customer satisfaction.

Paula was so friendly and lovely. It was our dog Tulips first bath as far as we know with a groomer and she was so sweet with her. Tulip smells like roses now. Totally recommend
