I had a huge breakthrough in my very first session with Annabel, it was just unbelievable. For awhile, I felt stuck, unable to do what I knew in my heart, so well, I needed to do. I just couldn’t take that one step that would move me toward achieving my goal. Annabel was great at listening. She asked me a few powerful questions, that shook me as it revealed what my block was. And, let me tell you: it was not obvious... We cleared the block, and it’s like the scales had fallen, and I could see - clearly, for the first time. She was simply amazing - breaking down the fears and helping me reconcile two sides of myself, so I could be integrated and move forward in my power. If you’re looking for an amazing coach, someone who’ll help you move forward in whatever area you feel yourself lagging behind, Annabel’s your girl. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Annabel is a natural at this. I have had a few 'sessions' with her and I find myself running a better dialogue when I talk to myself. (ha - my inside voice). Seriously, she has helped me focus on what I want and honestly, I am surprised how the structure has helped me see things clearer. If anyone says they don't need a life coach then they haven't had one. They certainly haven't met Annabel. As a fantastic listener she can take what youre saying, what you love and what you dont and help you pick out what is important and skip over what isn't. Funny thing is, she doesnt give advice. I know that sounds contradictory but honestly, she helps you see your own life by following a structured program. I was a 'doubter' but now I am pretty impressed with the result. I can see why life coaches exist and Annabel is, like I said, a natural.
