Very professional and trustworthy people; however the 3 times I went in they always seemed to have issues getting a hire-car for people. (Anonymous)

Repaired and resprayed my vehicle to original specs promptly as promised.Also fixed an electrical issue with vehicle's central locking a couple days later. A special thanks to supervisor Daniel and front desk staff at Hallam.

I had front panel and mirror repaired at Motor Serve Hallam on Tuesday 15/11/22. Great service, Professional work, ready on time and went little bit extra and fixed a stone chip on the bonnet. Great work Motor Service Hallam 5 Stars.

Very bad service do not recommend as they are not truth-full as my sisters was been repaired when during the repair their workers have caused more damage to the car causing more dents. Motorserve hallam tired to hide the damage, but my sister and mum spotted the damage, where the reception tired to put the blame on her for coming to pick up the car disgusting service.

Very good customer service, friendly and polite staff who helped answer any questions i had and soothe my worries about my car before they began work. Also repairs were done very quickly.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the front desk customer support at Motorserve Hallam,During my recent visit to Motorserve Hallam, I encountered multiple instances of poor customer support at the front desk. The staff exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and failed to provide the level of assistance one would expect from a service-oriented establishment.On arrival, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. They appeared unprepared and unable to handle basic inquiries, leaving me frustrated and questioning their competence.Furthermore, I observed a noticeable lack of attentiveness and promptness. The staff members were engaged in personal conversations, neglecting the needs of waiting customers. This disregard for timely service was disappointing and disrespectful.

I am so happy I went to motorserve for my repairs. The staff were very friendly and prompt service. The manager Vicky helped me with issues I had with my insurance, all the staff went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved and I was happy. The staff for the hire car there were amazing too. Definitely recommend them.
