This place is an absolute joke, i Rang Bernadette fedec and enquire about a property for sale in Landsdale, She refused to open the house for me telling me you have to have a bank approval for us to open the house and when i ask her how much she says i dnt know as the owner doesn't want to give the price, WHAT? for me to go and look a property i need to go the bank and spend three weeks to get an approval without even knowing the amount, This lady was very loud and aggressive with me on the phone multiple times i was with her on phone,i dont recommend this real estate,No Professionalism no Respect for Customer, she was thinking im dumb and probably wasting her timeDnt go on the fake reviews they Got 5 stars, its not only me who is complaining they are rude and harsh

They’re very rude, there’s an old man there, just popped out from their office was calling me names, asking me where I’m from and told me to go back to my country. Karen and Lesley were there and said nothing! I’m 23 yo and they let it happen?? It was very unpleasant moment and I was the only client in the room.They took my 4 weeks of bond away only left less than $100 and I said don’t worry about it because they accused me for staining the bed and the damage on bedside table. I put everything down on report paper when I first moved in and wrote very details of the damages in the room etc. a year later, they put a new carpet in and everything got switched around and for some reason, when I got home after the carpet has been laid out, the bedside table has been damaged, I didn’t get my bed side lamp back, the bed had more stains and the chair was different. I told them what happened and I even had a witness which the girl from the next room. They didn’t believe me and took my bond away.Some of the bond I think went on the fees which I wanted to break the contract and I was fine with it but for the damages that I didn’t do and I had a witness from the girl next room, they didn’t believe me and the service is shocking, called me names and told me to go back to my country?? Very unacceptable.I do not recommend you go there by yourself. They’re racist.

Edited My review after seeing my first review for Brooke stone Properties.Leslie is one of the nicest people I've ever met I have absolutely no issues with her and the team.My previous comment was based on the former property manager therefore I have adjusted my comment so it doesn't reflect on the business.

Don't be fooled, Brooke Stone is not a rental agency, they are a booking agent for boarders.What that means is that you are entitled to none of the legal rights that protect people who rent a property (as covered under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987).In practical terms that means they can & will walk in to the house whenever they like, because even though you are paying to live there, you have no rights to the property, not even rental rights: You are just a boarder, you have no legal rights they haven't given you in writing.Avoid at all costs.

I am glad to meet with people that cares about international students. I was staying in a backpacker and was looking for someplace that close to ECU. Karen shown me a room around my budget which satisfied all of my needs. At the same day I was able to move into my room.

Unfortunately some people who rent a property don't pay their rent or want to break their agreement with no costs and they get angry when they can't get their own way. They retaliate by bad reviews.People who pay their rent, keep their place clean and tidy and respect their contractual obligations will find Brooke Stone to be a very helpful, accommodating company.

I have rented with Brookstone properties in the past many times and I found them always welcoming back each time I go back to rent a room, Lesley and Karen are both nice people and they always deal with you in a reasonable way , if I need a place to rent, I will go back to them.
