This is hands down the best Coffee Club! Not only is the food amazing but the staff are so wonderful! I look forward to my Sunday morning breakfast with my partner each week. The staff always make our morning and even when everything is going wrong they still make it a wonderful experience. Will see you guys on Sunday !

So be ready to wait if you want to eat here! We had to wait over half an hour (there was only 3 occupied tables awaiting meals) for our food, only to have two out of our three meals delivered to our table, then another 10min wait for the next - mine! Which turned out to be inedible due to the bacon being cremated and the eggs (poached) still raw inside and a tablespoon of hollandaise sauce. Will never return!!!!

The manager hung up on me when trying to sort out a problem. This is the second time Coffee Club Southgate has sent out the complete wrong order. The first time, the coffee was all through the bag and the manager on at that time was amazing, he hand delivered me a brand new order. However, whoever the manager is that is on today (22/06/2023) was extremely rude, arrogant and was in no mood to help fix the order he had made a mistake with. He then took no accountability for his actions and proceeded to hang up on me. Please consider if it's worth the hassle when ordering here. Don't make my same mistake, go elsewhere.

On the morning of 29th Dec 2022 we went to Branch 140 Cannon Hill Qld. for breakfast. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The lady preparing the beverages sneezed constantly and my wife is only after telling me hours later that when snots were dripping from her nose she just brushed them away. If I had known at the time I’d have left immediately. No masks no hygiene, I’m disgusted especially after enjoying several meals there. Where is the Supervisor??????

The food here is absolutely delicious! I had a classic cheeseburger with a side of chips!! And a mocha as well. Staff here are so helpful and kind! Mocha was perfect temperature and tasted well made! Would recommend you try out this coffee club as others I’ve been to have dropped in quality. Not this store though!!

Service at Southgate was top notch. Shared the club sandwich with my partner and the staff was so nice to serve on 2 plates for us.Food and coffee was good too.
