I can’t recommend this practice enough. Quick, friendly, efficient, and highly empathetic. Nurse Tammie in particular was amazing. She has a genuine passion for her work and patients.

Sometimes you just need someone to care. Today the beautiful nurse who happened to answer the phone told me to come straight in to monitor me. ECG, blood pressure, Temperature and blood sugars all done within minutes of arriving.It wasn’t “her job”, she didn’t have to fit me in, I was a stranger to her.It was because she CARED..One day you will get rewarded for what you did for me today. I hope for you, it’s soon.Thank you

Cranbourne West medical center is a committed doctors clinic that provides outstanding services to thier clients with out no hesitation. To be honest, I would not go to any other clinic. The receptionist Leslie is lovely, Nurse Tammie is fantastic .The two doctors I see Dr.Faisal and Dr.Iftikhar are absolutely awesome.

One of the best team of doctors and staff. Reception girls are just awesome and go out of way to help you at all times. Not over crowded and always on time with appointments of all doctors.Highly recommend.

Everyone here from the receptionist all the way to the doctors. Leslie who wears a really cute angry birds badge is always super lovely to communicate with. Tammie is a super energetic nurse who is an absolute joker is so friendly and easy to deal with. I've seen a few of the doctors but they're all amazing and gentle. Solutions are always found quickly and easy here. They've got everything, from pathology to physio to the pharmacy downstairs. It's the perfect place to go for all your medical needs

Been treated at this service for my severe chronic eczema.Doctors Siddiqui and Dr Shahzad are both so lovely, prompt and knowledgeable.As a nurse I was impressed with the service I received from the doctors and nurses and grateful at how comfortable they made me feel.Reception staff are lovely were happy to explain to me changes in the scheduling, costs, and billing processes.The doctors and nurses communicated very well together, and I felt very cared for.Definitely recommend this clinic!Having the pharmacy downstairs is really helpful as well!

I am really happy with the care taken of me and my family at Cranbourne West Medical Centre.The Doctors, nurses and staff are caring and kind and have thoroughly investigated all concerns I have regarding me and my children health both physical and phycological.The wait times are not long and I can usually get an appointment within days.I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

The experience at CWMC is generally poor. The doctors are good, although you will have to wait minimum 15-20 mins past your appointment time to see them. The receptionist are quite rude at times. The centre seems to still think the pandemic is ongoing as they are the only medical centre im aware of enforcing masks. During my most recent appointment the receptionist questioned me on mask use while not wearing one correctly herself…when I questioned that, she claimed she just “took a sip of water”. Which was a lie as she wasn’t wearing one when I checked in earlier. The only reason I go to CWMC is because it’s close and bulk billed. Other than that I don’t recommended the place

Great experience. Nurse Tammy was very comforting and reassuring as I was fearful and in pain during a surgical procedure. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortableDr Dipankar was also very lovely and reassuring.Thank you!
