I switched to using Southern BM when my X3 needed a timing chain a few years ago and they were significantly more competitive than the dealer quotes I received. Honestly my only regret is I did not start using them earlier .. the service is 100% amazing and cost and time frames very reasonable. John and the team really run a great operation and I could not recommend them highly enough if you have a BMW you want looked after properly for a reasonable price.

Pretty disapointed with these guys, i really wanted to have a local shop i could trust but no luck here.John always comes across as rude and impatient no matter when or what i talk to him about.Ive had a few engine issues with a beema and they havnt been able to notice/diagnose any of them, tried gaslighting me and telling me its all fine when its clearly not.If it was a regular mechanics shop i might understand but when your whole thing is being bmw experts and i (an unqualified enthusiast) can get further than them just by using google and a phone app you start to wonder why you're paying $185/hour.Probably wont be buying another bmw after this.
