I recently had an issue with my fridge which led to a technician needing to replace a part. subsequently I had to throw away items in my fridge so I was at a loss. After speaking to Leanne she was very efficient and compensated my loss without any hassle. I am extremely happy with the service and will be a returning customer. Thank you.

Great excellent customer service skills coming from Leanne Hodges, very professional, respectful mannerisms, rang a few many times to get my fridge handle sorted, the warm reception and welcome over the phone is simply brilliant. Keep it up Leanne, you are simply amazing. Can't find your helpful service in many places today, you also know what you doing + gift voucher for waiting, now I never regret buying my fridge.
