The building is old but has a great view of the canal.

The apartment is good. It's homely. The toilet is super clean. The view is magnificent.

Good location right on the side of the Northcliffe tram station, the room isn't to good but it works

Easy parking nearby in daytime. Friends Payment wonderful view westwards.

These apartments have the most amazing view of the entire Gold Coast, floor to ceiling windows that extend across the entire lounge/living area and another separate balcony off the bedrooms. The building and units are a little tired and run down, could definitely use a face lift/renovation but the place is still clean and the view makes up for everything.

They don't make 'em like they used to! These apartments are HUGE, dating back to the late 1970s - early 1980s era when minimalism wasn't even on their minds. I've spent several years here, as a permanent rental tenant, in a 1-bedroom apartment that, I think, is around 112m2 - massive! I'm certainly going to miss the space when we move elsewhere. In terms of facilities, the grounds are also generous, boasting a tennis court, indoor & outdoor pools, & a sauna, all of which are painstakingly tended by a number of full-time grounds & maintainance staff to keep them in optimal condition. Other residents are mostly long-term renters like myself, or owner-occupiers, & there's only a couple of short-term AirBnB or holiday letting units I've noticed in the building. As a result, it tends to be quiet & friendly nearly all the time, which is a blessing in Surfers, where partying seems ubiquitous sometimes throughout the year. You can't complain about the location, right next to Northcliffe G:Link tram stop, which will take you to Broadbeach, or north to Helensvale, where it meets up with the heavy rail to make the trip to Brisbane & beyond. Surfers Paradise central itself is but a 10 minute walk away, & the beach is less than 5 minutes, & can be seen from the easterly aspect units from all but the lowest floors. It's a beautiful view to wake up to!

Large apartments with great views. Excellent facilities ie outdoor pool, spa, indoor heated pool, tennis court, grassed BBQ area. Tram at doorstep. 1 block to beach and surf club.
