Rage Cage Smash Room Brisbane

Rage Cage Smash Rooms is a perfect birthday present. My partner absolutely loved it, I don't think I've ever seen him so happy. Our experience today was made even better by Lou, who was awesome. We can't wait to go back.

This was really fun and I definitely recommend purchasing a microwave to smash at. The staff were the best part though! The person running rooms today (I think maybe Steph?) took us through safety stuff really clearly and even put on a punk album that I mentioned I liked! She also helped me clean up the water I spilled outside the room and was so kind about it. Thanks for such a great afternoon and making us feel so welcome.

What a great experience. Staff were so friendly and helpful and very accommodating when we needed to reschedule.Purchased the family pack for Mothers Day. Heaps of stuff to SMASH!Great family fun, took our time, and didn't feel rushed. Colour bombs were fun. Just wish we bought a bigger one, too. We have told all our family and friends and will be back. Thanks

First time at the rage cage today for me and my partner. Awesome idea but kind of poor execution, not sure if it was just an off day. With the combination of taking walk ins and unlimited time in the rooms, it made for very long wait times. The staff on were lovely and very helpful but they seemed run off their feet, perhaps poor organisation on management’s part. In terms of the actual experience, we felt the rooms were a little small to get a full swing in, but fun nonetheless. Also, they don’t disinfect the masks or gloves or any PPE between customers… that was a big ick for me. It was fun but we’d probably have just as much fun smashing plates in our garage.

We had fun, we did the family package and we all had plenty to smash. Overall was fun and definitely great stress relief

The room itself was great but the customer service was shocking. We grabbed a few extra plates not realising we weren’t supposed to & instead of letting us know we actually weren’t allowed to, a shorter lady with dark hair approached us and immediately accused us of stealing. We were obviously very apologetic and offered to pay extra but she was very insistent that we were stealing and actually brought us to tears. Her colleague came out afterwards and apologised for that behaviour but it definitely left a nasty taste in our mouths.This same lady had another customer on speaker so about 10 people in the reception area heard his entire card details!!She should not be in customer service.

Had an awesome time at the cage room on Saturday with friends. Lou is a vibe and made the experience so much better!! We will be back to smash stuff up!

It was lots of fun, we came in and we’re greeted nicely, only bad thing was that the masks were a bit dusty, so it didn’t feel that great to inhale but for the most part it was amazing.

My husband surprised me for mothers day with the smash room and my 8 year old ended up sweet talking his way into a turn and we both had a ball!!Thankyou Lou who was such a fun bubbly person!
