Northern Power Tool Repairs

I went there to fix the my grinder trigger switch(dewalt), but after a day I went there, Brian just cleaned that and told me it is fixed. I replied but it was working I just need you to replace the grinder trigger because trigger was broke. He said you dropped this! And you need to clean your grinder with a air compressor!!!! I didn't know that I should buy a air compressor with the grinder!!! After 24hr I went there nothing fixed and they accused me to not cleaned your grinder by air compressor, not reading the instructions and after all accusing me to drop my grinder. They didn't charge me because it was on warranty, but nothing fixed and I will never bring my tools to this place never again.

Put off having a SDS drill repaired for over 6 months, decided to pop in while in the area and had it fixed within minutes. A1 friendly service, 6stars.

Had a mitre saw repaired under warranty so can't comment on pricing.However the service was excellent and the communication good.

I thought my drill was broken, they fixed it there and then, gave me some advice and I was on my wat within 5 mins,I thought you din't get service like that anymore, its out my way but ill be back if I need a new battery or anything power tool related,

After having a very disappointing experience with another repair agent for AEG tools, Bunnings gave me the phone number to Northern Power Tools. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Brian who was wonderful to deal with.Brian provided more help than I expected and the outcome was very positive. Highly recommended.

Thsnks for looking at the Dremmel. Over the 5 weeks.Really , thanks for me being able to collect. ( in a carboard box ) in 49 pieces. No explanation just spare part not available. ==Thanks for nothing
