Good,professional job by Martin and his team.They were prompt,paid a great amount of attention to even the smallest area to paint.From initial preparation to completion we were very happy.Martin ensured we were kept in the loop and happy with progress of the job by regular visits.

Martin was impressive when he came to give us a quote and explained that all areas would be covered, tops of doors etc. Unfortunately this did not follow through to the end result. His team were not informed of everything that we had discussed with Martin. We had wanted downstairs done first and then we could move downstairs whilst they painted upstairs. This did not happen and there did not seem to be any sort of order that they painted. Whilst we had organised for them to come back to touch up after our floors were laid downstairs and sanded upstairs, we still needed to call them back for missed areas. Some walls needed repainting as the previous colour was still seen. There were missed areas in the wardrobes and cupboards. There were many drips of paint that had to be sanded back and painted again. They hardly covered any of our furniture and they just used flimsy plastic sheets and any breeze through the house they would lift. Because of the lack of coverage we are still scraping paint off our tiles, bedroom furniture and other furniture. When the lead painter returned to do the touchup we asked that he cover the areas properly as our floors have just been sanded back instead he walked around with the tin and placed it on our newly finished floors. When I asked him to put something under his tin, I received a frustrated look.This left paint on our floors. The lead painter also put a hole in our wall the size of a tennis ball when removing a screw from the wall. His repair job was less than professional and by the time he tried to fix the hole several times, what started as a tennis ball is now the size of a plate. It could not be rectified due to the colour of the wall but the point of this story is that it should not have happened in the first place, because if more care was taken there would only be a small mark in the place of the screw as all the others are on the wall. This information has all been sent to Martin when we made our last payment. We received no response. This only shows the lack of care and concern that a simple reply could not be given even an apology would be good. We had even included pictures to show him. Yes our house looks refreshed and new again but it's the finer details that Martin promised that are missing. We paid a lot of money thinking this would be a professional job but sadly I cannot recommend them as professional painters and certainly not worth the amount that we paid. Martin if you respond to this post that is great but a response direct to us would be even better.

Martin and his team are extremely professional, these guys are genuinely the best painters we have come across. They completed our 7 bedroom house inside and out plus cabinetry plus pergola painting in less than a week! Felt like we were on the block!
