The gentleman working on TVs has a lot of experience over many years, and as such I discussed repair of my grandparents' TV which he happily accepted into his shop. This was October 2016. Over the next 4 years, NOT ONCE did the shop make ANY contact with me regarding progress of the repair etc. I rang a few times for an update however, the receptionist could be quite rude at times. Upon visiting the shop every 12 months or so, my TV was in the front window increasingly covered with dust. There were new batches of TVs in front of mine every time I visited. 4 years later, out of pure frustration I asked for the TV back. As a paying customer I don't see why my TV was any less important that the others. The younger guy and the bloke working on the TVs were pleasant enough however I wouldn't recommend taking your TV for repair unless its a warranty job.

Don't recommend. They say there coming and then never show up

I have had trouble with my camera while staying in Maffra. Through my problems, the workers inside this shop have been very helpful and inexpensive.This is a truly local small business - and this is evidenced by the kind and helpful service. When I brought in my camera I was told it would be $60 to take a look and solve the issue. They unfortunately could not (due to parts being damaged and needing replaced) and the lady told me I didn't need to pay a penny (as they don't charge if they don't fix) - and refused my $10 donation. I can't imagine many retail tech shops to offer such service.Though they may lack some expertise, they are inexpensive and damn good people.

Real service and honest appraisals. The only place I have found for many years that will check out almost anything electrical/electronic and advise whether to replace or repair. And if repairing have complete confidence that both the workmanship and the costs are of the highest standards. Complete confidence in this family firm.

I am really happy with the repairs and prompt service. My LG TV is running well.
