Would not serve me when I refused their demand to leave my expensive road bike outside unattended and lockless. Have purchased numerous times before with my bike. Must have got the wrong person today. Shame cause their crispy pork rolls is one of the best in Springvale. I will miss it.

As the picture says, it’s cash only. The crispy pork banh mi is my go to here and at $5 it’s a home run. I also get the skinny stick with pate for $3.20 for my mum and that’s quite good. Staff here are accommodating and can make your banh mi however you like (e.g. no/more chilli, coriander, mayonnaise, onions, etc).

Just up the road near the train station away from Bun Bun and Tabac is Springvale Cake and bread.Not to be looked over. Delicious roast pork roll. Missing a bit of crackle I will say. But one of the better bread rolls I've had from a banh mi place.Perfect crispy with soft insides and the taste of the roll itself. Amazing.All other fillings were plentiful and tasty.No line. Still delicious. Iced coffee as well. What more do you want.

I stop here everytime I'm on my way to work. The best part of that as a construction worker is that they are open. The rolls are well priced and the staff are really friendly. My favourite is the Pate Mayo Stick with a dash of chilli.

Arriving at the premesis, there seem to be many people, which, to me, is a clear indication that this shop makes quality items. Their combination cold meats bánh mì seems to justify the large amount of patronage.All the rolls are good value and very tasty, so it is a certainty that I will return whenever I come through Springvale.2023 UpdateThe star went to my rarity 5-star as the managers have exceptional customer service. They remember their repeated client even when they don't come often due to distance.Well deserved and keep going, especially for a mum and dad small business.

I love the staff and the pastries. Also the skinny stick with pate.Steamed buns and rice dishes.Who needs Subway when this is available?Seems to have new staff.
