Andy is the most reliable, efficient repair service man I have ever experienced. The booking service with Joanne is efficient and effective too . Andy’s attention to detail with my Miele dryer faults has been exemplary . He has replaced parts on several occasions without charge as the faults were the manufacturers . On one occasion he advised me how to go about reporting the faults to Miele customerResolution department with all the evidence of his visits and work done on my dryer. This resulted in a full refund from Miele ( $ 880) . I could not be happier with his service and dedication . Hopeful now that my machine is fixed permanently.

Andy turned up on time, and his experience dealing with Miele appliances really showed. He knew exactly how to repair my dishwasher and did so efficiently. Joanne who makes the bookings was also polite and efficient. I would definitely use AD Power Repair again.
