Wonderful session with Leah. We were tired and sore from days of surfing and Leah provided us with the perfect session for this. She has a wonderful energy, very knowledgeable in all of the different postures and was welcoming and accommodating.U would definitely recommend leah.

Elle came and ran a yoga session for us on the morning of our wedding. It was so grounding and relaxing and set us up for the best day. Elle was fantastic with all the varied levels and had a laugh with us too. Would highly recommend Yoga Vitalité

We had a private couples yoga session at our home in Bangalow with Byron Yoga Elle today and it was wonderful! My husband isn’t a huge Yoga fan due to previous bad experiences, and Lea managed to overcome that and make it a great experience for him! She was particularly sensitive to his knee problems, and adjusted the poses as needed so he was supported. I felt totally relaxed, and challenged enough but without the strain of trying to keep up in a group class. Having a private session allowed me to really focus on my own practice and I was able to go deeper. A wonderful experience that I highly recommend! Thank you Lea for your warm and loving energy.

Elle, is an amazing yoga instructor who was so lovely to chat too!! We had a family yoga session on the beach during the sunrise and it was incredible. Not only did she cater to our needs but Elle helped us to become better at certain techniques required in each position. Thank you Elle

We are glad to have started our family holiday with Elle on the beach. She tailored the session to our needs and we all felt rejuvenated afterwards. I'm particularly grateful for the wonderful session as it helped release the weeks of tension in my neck and shoulders. Would definitely book another session with Elle next time we're in Byron.

Yoga Elle (Lea) is a beautiful French yoga teacher. She's very calming and gentle, and you can tell she really cares about your body/the postures while she's teaching. She's very knowledgable.I found her accent and voice to be melodic, which is lovely whilst doing the yoga....and she has a cute sense of humour too.!She came to our accomodation and was very professional and organised. I highly recommend her class if you want the true yoga experience in Byron.
