Drouin Fish & Chips

I’m the last 8 months the quality had decreased and the prices have increased ., still good food but hey if you’re going to keep this up it won’t be much longer …….also would help if you cleaned the lid of the chicken salt container as I just opened minimum chip’s with cs and the holes are that packed from steam on the container it hardly came out , so little infact that I’m going to have to put some on here at home

Food is nice but never answer the phone, ever if you call a few times. Will not waste my time trying there again

Have always gone here, no complaints about the food, it has always been good. Tonight when l went in to pick up my order, the woman ignored me and served 2 other people that walked in after me, and when she finally served me was quite was quite terse, as she was when l placed my order. When l got home l found my order was short. Won't be going back, will try the other fish & chip shops in town. l also won't be recommending Drouin Fish & Chips to my family or friends.

After ordering and paying extra for a piece of cooked Blue Grenadier fish, I ended up with a hard over cooked piece of Flake. The chips had been cooked in dirty oil. The whole meal ended up in the rubbish.

If I could rate this place 0 I would!!A few months ago I went to get fish and chips spent over $60 on my order. Rang before I left home was told 20 mins. So arrived in 20 minutes time and continued to wait for over an hour and half for my order. When I eventually got fed up with waiting and asked for a refund they all of a sudden had my order ready. Got my order and went home to discover no flake and no dim sims!!! I literally waited near on 2 hours for potato cakes and chips!!! Rang them to complain where they said next time I came in they would replace what was short.Safe to say I did not return here for months. I Attempted to give them another chance tonight where when I told the same lady who served me last time and who I spoke to on the phone that I would not be paying for the flake and dim sims she advised me she could not remember and didnt have it written down. Eventually she said she would give me the dim sims only at this point I told them to jam it! Walked out and went and ordered elsewhere.Dont waste your time here! I am not sure why she would think I would come up with such a elaborate story to get a $5 piece of flake for free (keep in mind I had ordered well over $30 on other items at this time also) so in the end its cost her alot more because I wont be wasting another cent of my money at this place!

The best fish and chips in town!!!! The flake tastes sooo good and fresh cooked. also scallops and onion rings are the best!!! Nothing can beat Drouin Fish and Chips. The owner and staff are very friendly and have good manner. Will never go elsewhere for fish and chips time!

Grouse chip N fish, excellent burgers and souva's.. I don't know how exactly you rate a fish N chip shop on atmosphere but the service is quick and friendly.. Unfortunately like all take away in the area, they close reasonably early..

the absolute WORST! They deserve NO stars but you have to give it at least one. The owner is a rude, arrogant lady, she is gets crazy off the charts abusive when SHE gets the order wrong - THREE times in the one order!! Then refuses to take the food back and refund when they got it wrong three times!! The food is stale and cooked in the oldest oil I have ever tried. Terrible quality fish, potato cakes, dim sims. Very expensive.How she is still in business is beyond me. The fish and shop a few doors down Fin and Feather is so much better, lovely staff, fresh great quality and prices. Seriously avoid this shop at all costs - the worst fish and chips AND customer service I have ever had in 40 years!
