Extremely disappointed!Went in to grab som last minute things before family arrives for Christmas, I was stared at and looked up and down at by a staff member I later found out was a manager. I was never offered help no did she look to be helpful, instead she continued to watch me while merchandising. Once I was at the checkout I waited while the customer in front of me was being served by the manager who had now come to the checkout then another lady came to the checkout but stood on the opposite side then the manager ignored me and went to help her, the only reason I didn’t say anything was because a other worker came and helped me. Once everything was scanned I asked for a tax invoice (I own a company) and the girl that helped me asked for her manager to make sure everything was correct (this was when I found out the older worker was the manager) so she came along looked at the receipt and just said “yes that’s it” and threw the receipt down on the bench and walked away.Thank you to the girl who did come to serve me, your manners and customer service were impeccable :)To the manager, I suggest you seriously have a look at your behaviour, the way you treated me was unacceptable and incredibly rude!And for some social proof, I worked retail for 5 years before starting my own company that services thousands of customers across the world, where we aim to provide the best customer experience possible every time!Ryhia DankNardurna.com

The sales woman, Judy, who helped me select a pillow that best suited my needs was such a lovely lady, her demeanor was calming and felt like she had my best interest at heart. On top of all this wonderfulness, she signed me up to be a member and had a generous discount included. I couldn’t recommend this store more for anyone who is looking for their perfect pillow

Very helpful staff and very well priced. Picked up a hot tip here about always making sure your King size quilt is inside its cover the correct way - the long part of the quilt is actually the width. This has been a game changer for us.
