Mr Wong altered the waist and legs of my trousers - $50. He said it would take a month. I came back in 5 weeks and he hadn't started. When I got the trousers back I found that while the waist and leg length were perfect, the trousers now had a weird, very noticeable pleat at the back, which looked so strange I couldn't wear them. When I took them back and asked him about the pleat, which had not been there before, he said he could fix the problem for another $70 if I left the trousers with him for a few weeks. Oddly enough I said 'no thanks' and am now looking for a better tailor...Update: Took trousers to Stitch House on Sydney Road - they were friendly and fixed the problem for $30.

Great tailoring and reasonable price compared to other bespoke tailors in the cbd. Sad that he had retired. Only doing repairs now.

Hadn't even started fixing my trousers when I went to pick it up.I went here to alter my pants and was going to pick it up in about 3 weeks since I wasn't in a rush. When I went to pick up the trouser Mr Wong asked me if he I can come back in a couple of hours. Upon further inquiry I found out that he had not even started to alter the trouser. Since I wasn't in a hurry I went back in the afternoon and picked up the trousers without any further issues.
