Clear Mind Studio

Had such an incredible time at Clear Mind Studio yesterday — I surprised my husband on his birthday with the couples spa package (Finnish sauna / ice bath / float / massage), and needless to say both he and I enjoyed it all so much!! It felt so nice and private, the facilities were really nice and clean. Felt so relaxed and taken care of. We were really impressed by all the services. What a great experience, thank you clear mind studio!

Clear Mind Studio is amazing. The relaxation, professionalism, their therapists, instructors and can do attitude. If you go for a massage there you won't go wrong with any therapist. They all have their own style and I get different things from each of them. On saying that though, Ever is the best massage therapist I've had and she is always busy so you have to get in early to secure a spot!!

I am addicted to the infrared saunas. Staff are all lovely, very clean, easy booking system, instantly calming aura when you walk in, and even better feeling of calmness when you walk out! Great studio!

I have been going to Clearmind Studio regularly for a couple of years and absolutely love the place. The yoga teachers are all great and have their own style so there is bound to be a class to suit your personality, mood and ability. In particular Toni’s class on a Saturday is so well prepared and given with loads of genuine care it’s a privilege to share the space and practice. Oliver’s class makes me feel ten feet taller with the slow, strong stretches and Alicia’s Pilates class keeps my core and my spirit strong with her love and humour.Then there is Luisa, the wonderful masseuse, the floats, saunas and the yet to be tried ice bath.The owners Karen and Craig are humble, caring and considerate making it all together a fantastic well-being family to be part of.

The infrared sauna here was a great experience. Relaxing & soothing - perfect for some me time in this colder weather. Love that there’s a shower in the same room so you can just hop in after the sauna. Bluetooth connectivity meant I could put music on in the sauna too. Also loved the cosy & peaceful lounge area where I could treat myself to a warm cuppa after my sauna!

Amazing and welcoming place for all of your self care needs. In the past week I have had a float, sauna and reiki session at Clear Mind. Each time I have received a warm and friendly welcome. The space is comfortable and allows you to completely relax. I’m a FIFO worker so I like having a safe and inviting space to relax in especially when I find relaxing sometimes difficult. Thoroughly recommend. Huge thanks to the team for being so welcoming.

I’ve used clear mind studio a few times, either for sauna or float and both were absolutely amazing! The environment is so relaxing and welcoming. It’s perfect to escape the chaos of the week, I feel super recharged afterwards. I highly recommend and I’m looking forward to the next time!
