Be very aware what they tell you. They wanted me to do elaborate repairs which I found out later had no issue. Do your due diligence and take it to a trusted mechanic. Research yourself goes a long way.

Had a great experience with Matt and the team. They were prompt with their responses and broke down the service step by step for someone young like me to know. Very understanding. Definitely recommend!

23/5/2023: The car was leaking engine oil and sent into Autobahn for diagnosis and repair. Expected the cost to be very high but to my surprise the problem was resolved at half the cost. I am very happy that I have discovered Autobarn at Gordon Street Mandurah. Can be sure that they will do a good job and will not rip me off financially like other mechanics around this area. Matt the owner is a really nice and honest guy. Highly recommend Autobahn. Thank you Matt and his team for a job well done!8/3/2023:Today sent my 12 year old car in for an interim service. This is my first time going to Autobahn for car service. As per normal, always concerned about costs and more costs if more problems were discovered with the car. Especially when I have had bad experiences with other mechanics before. I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Steve and felt a sense of confidence in Autobahn. The service costs exactly as what was quoted and Steve called to inform that it will be $40 more for changing light globe which I happily agreed. I had a long standing problem with engine oil leak and the guys in Autobahn discovered that it could have been caused by a sump plug that was loose and resolved the problem with no extra charge. I can understand now why so many people give excellent reviews for Autobahn. They are honest and professional and able to exude confidence in their service. I am happy that I found this place for my car servicing and will certainly go back to them again in the future. Thank you Steve and his team for great job. Well done.

I own a Subaru WRX and I have a lot of trouble with mechanics padding repairs. I was loyal to the original supplier for 10 years but they were dumped for price gouging and also padding the maintenance. I tried a few others who also lost my trust. My partner took her Mazda 3 to Autobahn Mandurah and we were impressed. No surprises, no price gouging, no padding. As a result I gave them a go with my WRX and they were again trustworthy. Some items of concern were raised but were viewed as “non critical” and deferred. I supplied specialised oil and they returned the excess oil to me without my requesting it. I have had other firms empty the full 5L into the sump or alternatively lose the remaining oil! We have three cars and now all three will be serviced exclusively by Autobahn Mandurah.

Amazing customer service and work from Autobahn! Bought a car a few days ago only for 2 windows to stop working. They fixed the issue in a couple of hours for a great price and I was back on the road in no time! Thanks so much Steve!

I promised a follow up and these guys are in fact very good, they looked at my van found the air con compresser was US , informed me and didn't charge me for there time either.They then did a such and ring around to find a replacement unit and found one out of Japan, gave me a quote to get it sent over and fitted.So booking time confusion aside, you can trust these guys to do the best they can for youwell done Mandurah AutobahnWell not a good start, booked online and selected a time of 8.30am( booking time were every hour from 8.30).So arrived at Autobahn Mandurah at 8am went inside and completed paperwork and handed over keys and went to sit down in waiting room only to be I formed my car was not going to even be started at 8.30 as there was 3 cars to be worked on prior to my car .So I asked if any idea as to when as I had stuff to do and I could bring it back in a few hours and was informed that was not a good idea as they can't have people standing around wIting for my car to come back and they require the car to be available for at least half a day.So that being the case why did I get a booking confirmation advising my car was book in for 8.30am and if they require the car fir that long why not inform the customer and why have multiple time slots to choose from.Not a good start and this was a test to see what the service was like as I have 8 vans in total that need to be serviced and maintained..So this is part one , I will post part two once the job has been done .My main complaint is they should have informed me that they need the vehicle for at least a half day.

We managed to get our Hilux in last minute for a much needed alternator and the service was fantastic. They were friendly and efficient with their work as they knew we had a 6hr drive back to work the next day. We had our car back after 3hrs! Great quality and good pricing too. Will go back if we have car troubles in Mandurah again!

Great service, good prices and received a list of repairs that will need attention in up coming services. Great when on a budget.
