I purchased my daughters 21st birthday cake and ordered the cookie and cream torte. It was unfortunately very dry and not what I would have expected for $40. I am very disappointed

Was supposed to be a marble cake instead it was a tiny bit of vanilla cake around outside and a huge slab of chocolate in the middle no marbling effect at all.

I’ve been a customer in your shop since I moved in the area, my review is not against your cakes but staff training could be better. I waited for him to finish serving the first lady that came in, At least 8mins tops until my turn. I have my order ready and Suddenly a lady came in and he serve him first before me. I was really confused what happened there but I’m not gonna wait another 10mins when obviously he doesn’t wanna take my order. It’s a shame this happened but hopefully customer service could be better next time.
